BomaBooks is a catalog and discovery platform. We connect authors ("Sellers") with readers ("Buyers").

BomaBooks does not:

All financial transactions happen directly between authors and buyers through third-party payment processors (PayPal, etc.).

There are no refunds under any circumstances.

The only exceptions are for replacement (not refund) in these three specific cases:

In these cases, the author may, at their sole discretion, provide a replacement file. Replacement does not equal refund.

All complaints, disputes, chargebacks, and refund requests must be handled directly with the seller's payment processor (PayPal, etc.).

BomaBooks does not:

By using BomaBooks, you agree that BomaBooks has no liability for any payment-related issue.

As a buyer, you agree to:

As an author (seller), you agree to:

You are fully responsible for your payment processor's terms, fees, and dispute policies.

BomaBooks provides the platform "as is" without any warranties.

We do not guarantee:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BomaBooks, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes regarding these Terms (but not payment disputes, which are handled by payment processors) shall be resolved through binding arbitration or applicable courts.

BomaBooks may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
